Summary


The Energy Efficiency Manager is responsible for the operations of the Energy Efficiency process within the specific office. This position will require an individual to think on their feet and have an overarching desire for success.


Essential Job Functions



+ Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Energy Efficiency programs implementation


+ Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintain a safe, secure, and legal work environment; develop personal growth opportunities


+ Maintain EE pipeline and ensure increased speed of addresses through the process while maintaining accurate reporting on stages throughout the pipeline.


+ Locate, develop and maintain contractor relationships, which will include invoice approval, quality enforcement, process implementation and changes


+ Navigate through different incentive programs and develop efficient process around company business model


+ Ensure Salesforce (CRM) has efficient workflow in place and assist in the resolution when not working properly


+ Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.


+ Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyze and resolve quality and customer service problems; identify trends; recommend system improvements


+ Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; review professional publications; establish personal networks; benchmark state-of-the-art practices; participate in professional societies and organizations


+ Provide feedback and strategy for improvement


+ Identify opportunities to better serve customers through the delivery of EE work

+ Self-starter with ability to work both independently and as part of a team



+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills required for accurate quality control evaluation documentation and work oversight



+ Strong leadership skills - ability to organize, utilize and motivate team members quickly to respond to changes in the construction schedule and scope



+ Good at problem solving and implementing change



+ Organized and able to meet deadlines



+ Great attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship



Education/Experience




+ Proficiency on a computer in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)



+ Experience and comfort level working on roofs



+ Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen



+ Must possess a current and valid state driver's license and a clean driving record
